Refund Policy – Rosie’s Magical Spa

At Rosie’s Magical Spa, your satisfaction and well-being are our top priority. We want every client to feel fully cared for and confident in the services they receive. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Services

• Payments made for completed spa treatments or services are non-refundable.

• If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify our staff immediately during your visit so we can address your concerns.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.

• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service value).

• “No-show” appointments are non-refundable.

3. Prepaid Packages & Gift Cards

• Prepaid spa packages are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no service has been used.

• Gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another recipient.

4. Products

• For retail spa products (such as skincare), refunds or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • The product is defective or damaged upon purchase.

5. Exceptions

• In case of a medical issue or reaction caused by our treatment/products, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.

• Special promotions or discounted services may have different refund conditions, which will be stated clearly at the time of purchase.
